ALL orders placed before 2PM will be dispatched on the SAME DAY.
(Providing it's a weekday)

1. Royal Mail 48 (3-4 Days Transit Time) - FREE 
2. Royal Mail 24 (1-3 Days Transit Time - £2.99
3 Royal Mail Special Delivery ( Next Day Delivery, if order by 2PM) - £7.99

We have an exceptional record in trying to get orders to customers as fast as possible 


All times are as above, however because we rely on Royal Mail or the couriers to make sure they deliver on time, they are not guaranteed times.

Don't worry, we will always do our best to deliver on or before your delivery dates. We are at the hands of Royal Mail delivery timelines once we dispatch and sometimes there are delays. 

If you would like a guaranteed service please select SPECIAL DELIVERY.

This is especially to be considered in Holiday periods, like Christmas and New year - when Royal Mail are extremely busy, so please order earlier than normal. 

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability. In such cases you will need to pay shipping charge to have it re-delivered, or a refund will be provided for the cost of the item.


You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
