SHIPPING METHODS

Small Single Items

Orders placed before 2PM will be dispatched on the SAME DAY.
(Providing it's a weekday)

We have 3 Shipping options: (Please select the one you want at checkout)

1. Royal Mail 48 (3-4 Days Transit Time) - Price is dependant on item weight and is given at check out.
2. Royal Mail 24 (1-3 Days Transit Time - £2.99
3 Royal Mail Special Delivery ( Next Day Delivery, if order by 2PM) - £7.99

Large Bulk Items - Such Pallets, Mystery Boxes, and Amazon Boxes

Orders will not be shipped on the same day - please read below.

We ship these items with Pallet delivery companies, DPD, Evri or Parcel Force. Generally they are shipping on 2-4 day service. We normally need 1-2 days to prepare your order before dispatch, however sometimes these times can be longer if we have to many orders to prepare, or run out of stock due the extra number orders (since these very popular items ( this happens often), in such cases the delay can be a longer by few days more - Please bear this in mind when purchasing. All shipments have a unique delivery confirmation, which will normally be updated into your order.

DELIVERY TIME

All times are as above, however because we rely on the delivery company used to make sure they deliver on time, therefore these are not guaranteed times.

Don't worry, we will always do our best to deliver on or before your delivery dates. We are at the hands of courier delivery timelines once we dispatch and sometimes there are delays.

If you would like a guaranteed service please select this at checkout where available e.g. SPECIAL DELIVERY.

This is especially to be considered in Holiday periods, like Christmas and New year - when couriers are extremely busy, so please order earlier than normal.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability. In such cases you will need to pay shipping charge to have it re-delivered, or a refund will be provided for the cost of the item.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
